Purpose and Background

My name is Bryce Tatters, and I started GWD Home Restoration with a clear purpose: to provide honest, dependable service without charging people an arm and a leg. As a young business owner, I know how important trust is when inviting someone to work on your home. That’s why I’ve built this company around values of integrity, fairness, and genuine care for the people I serve.

At the core of my business is my faith in Christ. I believe every job is more than just a transaction—it’s an opportunity to serve others with the same honesty and compassion that I strive to live by every day. Whether I’m sealing a driveway, cleaning gutters, painting, or pressure washing, my goal is to deliver quality work that helps people take pride in their homes without the stress of unfair costs.

My journey with Christ has shaped everything I do. At a young age, I went through a life-threatening incident, and later, my mom suffered a brain aneurysm. Those experiences taught me that no matter how dark life may seem, God is always there. Through challenges and trials, my faith has been my anchor, and it continues to guide both my life and my business today.

The reason I became an entrepreneur ties directly back to my mom. She owned a beauty salon and ran a successful business for many years. She inspired me with her drive and independence, and I always admired how much joy she found in serving her clients. But after her aneurysm, everything changed—they took her licenses, and her business was shut down. Watching her lose something she worked so hard for left a lasting mark on me. I started this business not only to follow in her footsteps, but to make her proud—to show her that the passion she poured into her salon lives on in me as I build something of my own.

When you choose GWD, you’re supporting more than a small business—you’re supporting someone who truly cares about doing right by his customers. I’m committed to treating each project as if it were for my own family, and I look forward to building lasting relationships in the community through hard work, respect, and Christ-centered service.
